The Lore Never Died

What is Borealpunk About?

Hope, Hope is Such a Fragile thing. Yet the Power of it. The Power of Hope is more than anyone can bear. It exudes forth beyond the confines on the flesh and out into the world. A power so great that against all horrid and fiendish things in the realms it alone can stand against them all. Standing as a beacon of what could be.

With Hope one can conquer the greatest of terrors and the most domineering of obstacles. This takes a force of Will, a Love unbreakable and most importantly a Dream. A Dream of what is out there just beyond the reach of any individual. Staring back in solemn sweet smiles, yet the guiding ghosts of Hope will light the way. Through the Dark Wastelands that so encroach on the people of The Oz, this Mankind of the Mortal Realm. Against the screeching soulless Hollow Men, against chimeric horrors unimaginable a world is made.

Deep in the Forest upon the Heath one builds once more a Dream. A Dream of wild Liberty, of unquenchable Love and a Will to stand before whatever horrors try to burn their way through The Wood, to the People of The Oz.

But these people are no strangers to conflict, he knows them well this Brother of theirs. So the Gods give them gifts, the gifts that lifted them from Bearish beast to triumphant Man.

Strength

Courage

Wisdom

Armed with these gifts and the knowledge of who they are. In the depths of the Forest, in the meadows of the Heath, generations grow and emboldened by the Light of Hope. They Dream. They Love. They grow Stronger with every passing Day. But the World Outside in its twisted mangled visage demands entry. So once more it falls to the People to succeed where their Forefathers did not.

They must protect their forest home and with it

The Hope for the Future

beyond the shade of dreams.
